Blue Sun is a biodiesel company that has a presence in Colorado. I see a lot of cars driving around with Blue Sun window stickers, and I would like to support them too. However, I find no information about this on their web site, gobluesun.com.

Well I just wanna ask, how does the oil yield per acre of a certain crop relate to the final biodiesel yield?
Like why does olive oil have the highest yield in oil per acre, and have a higher biodiesel yield than peanut?

Does anyone have information on extracting oils from plants to produce biodiesel?
I have done searches but I need to find where I can get the actual machinery etc.
I want to test some relatively new plants that grow extremely rapidly with little care.
The plant material I will be experimenting with rates normally from 2 to 10 percent oil and is not a seed.

I watched a video on making your own biofuel and I’ve seen video’s in the past about turning your car into a dual fuel car that runs off of diesel and then can be switch to run off of vegetable oil while running. Which is the better route to go?

I want to convert my 1991 diesel ice cream truck to bio fuel. I am looking to see what that may cost.

I will be buying a ford focus under 5 years old and would like to run it on recycled bio-diesel. A friend runs a Peugeot 306 HD on 100% in the summer and 50:50 in the winter and that particular engine runs really well on it.Which Ford Focus type should I be looking out for, as I’d like to limit damage and filter clogging.
diesels are commonplace in uk.

Where could I get the vegetable oil, I know you can get it from fast food places and that they get rid of it some it but its pretty hard to come by. Where can you just buy the stuff, how much would that cost and would it be worth it to convert a car and are greasecars dependable? ARE THEIR ANY PLACES TO BUY BIODIESEL IN UTAH?
