to heat 50 gallons of wvo in a 55 gallon steel drum- would a 115 volt immersible element heater from a hot water tank do the job? the oil has to be heated to 130 degrees f. I wonder how long that would take with that setup?

My job is pretty unreliable so i cant really afford to fill my car with Diesel.
Can anyone answer any of my questions to do with this topic
Is biodiesel or vegetable oil a cheaper alternative?
Can i run my car legally on any of these, do i have to inform anyone?
Are there any damaging effects on my Car?
Is it cheaper than regular Diesel?
And where can i buy diesel/veggie oil?
